What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name, industry, and any message you write. This is sent directly to our inbox (support@assevi.com) so we can reply to your inquiry — it is not stored in any separate database or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website.
Why we process this data
We process contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry about Assevi's services, under the legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where you've asked us to take steps before entering a contract, contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Google Fonts
This website loads typefaces directly from Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser connects to Google's servers to download these fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy governs how they handle this data.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Server logs (such as IP address and request details) may be processed by Hostinger as part of standard web hosting operations, independent of anything you submit through the contact form.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept as normal email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we're processing your data
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these, just email support@assevi.com.
